Innatrack is designed to be a flexible solution that can be modified to meet the unique requirements of your business. Unlike larger, less flexible software companies, we don't tell you how to run your business. We listen to you describe how your business should be run, and can either configure or customize Innatrack to meet those specific requirements.
IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
Planning is critical to a successful software implementation. The Barke Group staff will meet with key individuals within your organization to develop an implementation plan. Objectives include hardware and network overview, potential Innatrack application modifications, installation schedule, data conversion, and training schedule.
DATA CONVERSION
Innatrack's ODBC provides users the ability to import and export their data using a spreadsheet. During implementation, The Barke Group can help to efficiently convert your existing data into Innatrack, and show you how to make global changes to your master file data using our import/export capabilities.
TRAINING
Innatrack training varies by organization based on the scope of your implementation. For most installations, we suggest choosing key individuals to spearhead the training process, that are knowledgeable in the areas of finance, sales, and operations. Training can occur through a combination of on-site and remote training sessions. Once completed, these key individuals will have the knowledge to lead training for the remaining users internally, with remote training available on an as-needed basis. This method of training maximizes time, efficiently utilizes resources, and reduces overall training costs for your business.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION
Innatrack does not require an on-site installation. With remote access to a client's server, The Barke Group is able to install Innatrack and perform necessary configurations within the client's network. On-site installations are also available at the client's request.
HARDWARE & NETWORK SUPPORT
The Barke Group offers in-house hardware and network support for all clients using our Innatrack Software. Our staff has experience and expertise in the areas of Windows, Linux, and AIX servers, along with current operating systems, printers, hand-held scanners, and third party integration techniques.
3RD PARTY INTEGRATION
The Barke Group is able to integrate Innatrack with a variety of third party applications and hardware devices. These include time clock management systems, touch screen devices, bar code printers, scales, hand-held scanners, EDI translation software, credit card processing software, distribution software, and business intelligence applications.

In the event a capability you need is not part of our Innatrack software package, The Barke Group team will meet with you to determine your organization's unique requirements, and has the expertise to develop a customized application designed specifically for YOUR business.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Annual Maintenance provides clients with all new Innatrack releases, updates, and enhancements throughout each year. Annual Support is an optional service that provides users the ability to access The Barke Group support staff for questions and issues that can be resolved over the phone, via email, or through a remote desktop connection.
